Great illustration of the enormous opportunity selling to small businesses (there are so many of these, and they are able to make decisions quickly). Many startups have dreams of selling to giant corporations; this can be a lot more difficult and less productive than targeting small businesses.
Great interview. Love hearing the affirmation of the bootstrapped business model. Keeping it small and expanding on a project-by-project basis is a very efficient and incredibly effective approach to running a company. Hope to see more people adopt this philosophy. Keep up the good work!
