The combination of freedom within the crossfit business with plenty of access to resources via the headquarters seems like a very helpful and flexible model to work with. I admire J.D.’s confidence in his business, being that crossfit seems like it can be a very competitive industry. It is great to hear about the vastly diverse audience that he is able to draw in. Though he had some experience with crossfit before graduation, it seems he still got to learn a lot about the business behind it. It is great to see that he is in a field that he is passionate about!
